This project was designed by Jessica Forys. The sloped property was tiered into a series of terraces including a redwood deck area, lower patio and lawn. Curved concrete and stone walls divide up the spaces.  Water feature and floating bench are added elements. A hot tub is tucked behind built in benches and planters, giving both privacy and a beautiful view of the lawn and plantings. Lighting highlights the planters filled with native and drought tolerant plantings
